How It Works

- Smoked Ham and Funeral Potatoes: Flavorful smoked ham from The Smokin’ Boxcar is paired with cheesy funeral potatoes and festive green beans.
- Classic Pot Roast: Sourced directly from the renowned L2 Leavitt Ranch, simply dump the roast, aromatic vegetables and herbs in the slow cooker and forget about it until dinner time.
- Harvest Salad and Coconut Curry Chicken: We start with locally grown greens and add roasted butternut squash, pomegranates, red onion, sliced apples and pears, and top with caramelized nuts, gorgonzola cheese and tangy pomegranate vinaigrette. Crispy baked chicken makes it a complete meal.
- Lasagna & Caesar Salad: Tempting layers of noodles, meat sauce, and three cheeses are served along side a classic Caesar Salad with our own house made dressing.
