Learn How It Works

It’s easy! We deliver meal kits to the Wasatch Back – including Coalville, Kamas, Park City, Heber Valley, Morgan Valley and surrounding areas. Submit your order by Saturday night at 9 pm for delivery the following week. Plan ahead and order several meals a week or for several weeks or a meal once and a while!

Select one or more meals from our current menu and whether you’d like 2 or 4 portions. Order in any combination to get the right quantity to feed your group.

STEP 2

2Deliver To Your Doorstep

Your order will be hand delivered directly to you. However, if you will be out, leave a cooler on the porch or borrow one of ours for an additional $10. We’ll pick it up and reuse it for your next order.

STEP 3

3Get Your Grub On

Easily assemble using freshly prepped ingredients and our signature sauces. Simple instructions and a listing of local providers are included with each meal kit. Enjoy a hearty but healthy meal with ingredients from ranchers and growers you know!

At Field & Fork, we collaborate closely with local farmers and ranchers to ensure that we source the highest quality and most sustainable produce and protein available in our region. We gather local recipes and curate ingredient boxes that make it easy to create delicious, culturally-inspired meals.

1We are local to the area

Local food travels a shorter distance, which translates to less pollution from transportation. Our packaging is reusable and recyclable, and our meal kits are measured to provide exactly the right quantities for each recipe. This reduces the amount of waste that ends up in the landfill.

2 We Shop Local First!

Locally grown produce is picked riper, meaning it has more flavor and nutrients than goods that have been shipped long distances. Local farms are often smaller and more transparent about their growing practices, which can give you peace of mind about the safety of your food.

3A Problem Worth Fixing

As Park City grows as a world-class ski and tourism destination, there is a risk that the local community and surrounding rural areas could lose their unique sense of place and connection to the land. At the same time, visitors and locals are increasingly interested in authentic, local experiences that are often hard to find. We are the middle man between an authentic local experience and small micro agricultural venues.

We deliver to the Wasatch Back area. Our delivery locations include Heber Valley, Park City, North and South Summit, and areas of the Morgan Valley.

During the checkout process, you will be asked for “shipping” information on your order. At this point, you can choose from our two local pickup locations (Henefer or Coalville).

We currently offer two pickup locations – Field & Fork Kitchen (510 N Main Street Henefer UT 84033) or B Floral (18 S Main Street Coalville UT 84033)

On individual meals, no – we are unable to accommodate custom orders or special requests. Most parts of the meal come individually – so you can leave off the ingredients you don’t want to include. For example; dairy products, onions, or sauces.

In subscriptions – Yes! Our subscription meals give you the choice to customize your meal plan for 4 weeks of delivery.

We purchase organic whenever possible! But not all of our ingredients are. We are firm believers in fresh, local goodness and purchase from local to Utah vendors FIRST, whenever possible. Our purchasing options can depend on many factors like farmers growing seasons & weather conditions, so we substitute conventional items as needed.

Will I be charged for my entire 4 week order at once?2025-03-28T18:08:33+00:00

No! We offer the option for you to plan up to 4 weeks in advance for your meal delivery, but have your payment occur automatically. It will be split up into 4 charges – recurring weekly so you aren’t paying the cost in one sum.

We provide all allergens on each meal listing, as well as recipe cards. However, we cannot guarantee cross contamination does not occur.

We love working with local to Utah farms, ranches and vendors! Please feel free to send your suggestions to us on social media, or contact us!

At this time it is not. It is challenging to accurately provide nutritional information with our wide variety of recipes, sauces, marinades and ingredients in each individual meal kit. Thank you for understanding. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
